Terms of Service

These terms govern access to the EchVid website, EchVid Studio and connected production and publishing features.

Effective date: 30 August 2026

1. Service

EchVid is an AI-assisted media production and publishing platform designed to organize projects, produce media, prepare release metadata and deliver approved content through connected platforms. EchVid Studio is currently in private beta and access is invitation-only.

2. Authorized access

Only an authorized account holder may access protected Studio functions. Access credentials must not be shared with unauthorized persons. EchVid may restrict or suspend access when necessary to protect production systems, connected accounts or platform compliance.

3. Your content and rights

The authorized operator is responsible for ensuring that uploaded source material, music, images, footage, scripts, trademarks and other content may legally be used and published. Connecting a platform does not transfer ownership of content to EchVid.

4. AI-assisted content

Some production features may use generative or AI-assisted technology. The operator remains responsible for final editorial review, factual accuracy, rights clearance, disclosures and compliance with the destination platform's policies.

5. Publishing integrations

EchVid may submit media and metadata only to connected accounts and only through supported platform interfaces. Availability depends on the rules, permissions, audits, quotas and technical status of each third-party platform. A platform may delay, reject, restrict or remove submitted content.

6. YouTube integration

EchVid's YouTube integration uses YouTube API Services and Google OAuth. By connecting or using the YouTube integration, the authorized operator agrees to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service in addition to these EchVid Terms. The integration is also operated in accordance with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service and applicable developer policies. Google's privacy practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy.

Authorization can be revoked through EchVid's connection controls where available or through Google Account permissions. Public YouTube publishing remains subject to Google's API project verification, audit and quota requirements.

7. Prohibited use

The service may not be used to violate applicable law, infringe third-party rights, bypass platform safeguards, gain unauthorized access, distribute malicious content or misrepresent ownership or authorization.

8. Private beta

During private beta, features may change and some integrations may require manual completion or platform review. Public registration, paid plans and customer subscriptions are not currently offered.

9. Availability

EchVid is provided on an evolving basis. No guarantee is made that every production or publishing provider will remain continuously available. The system may fail closed when required credentials, media validation or platform authorization are missing.

10. Third-party terms

Use of connected services such as YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, media providers or hosting services is also governed by those providers' terms and policies.

11. Limitation and responsibility

The authorized operator must review a release before making it public. To the extent permitted by law, EchVid is not responsible for platform decisions, third-party outages, lost distribution opportunities or content supplied without appropriate rights.

12. Changes

These terms may be updated as the service develops. The effective date on this page will identify the current version.
